Community Center

Brian approached me about doing a sort of logo thang for Community Center.
The assignment was to create a Katamari Ball (I had to look that up) with the Community Center instruments and themes from their songs stuck to it.
Here is what I came up with:

(This is the brown version, which is a lot less crisp than the B&W version)

The GIANT .tif B&W file is being sent off to a person to do the "Community Center" font, which will go inside the bass drum.
I'm excited to see what they come up with!

Rough sketches/WIPs/Lost hopes

Poppy Spam.... I think I'm going to turn this into a painting rather than pencil mumbo jumbo.

Cassowary, frog, naked lady... you know, the basics.

Deer skull I found in a roadkill dump site.
This looks a little crooked even though I'm positive the skull is asymmetrical.

Coloring Book Part II: Woodland Creatures

Second part of my woodland creatures coloring book!

Jeanne's Birthday Card

Scanned this before writing "Happy Birthday" on the front.
Micron pen on card stock.

Chopped these up so I could make individual prints from each.

They are pretty wee, 5 X 7 print in a 8 X 10 mat... Thinking of asking $12 a pop?

Coloring Book Part I: Woodland Creatures

Going to an art show for kids, where I basically set up a mini activity or demonstration for them, so I decided to make some coloring book pages.
I am hoping to do 12 total before the show.
It would be really cool to color them myself and then take pictures of how the kids end up coloring them, but I don't think I'll have time to do the coloring. Booo.
